After numerous attempts to contact MTN have still not got any response but they are still deducting the money fron my acc. Every month. Where do I go or what do I do to resolve this issue! I have tried canceling the contract but also no response. Celest at MTN Uitenhage is the worst employee ever and she has no concern for customer care. Disgusted in MTN service! 3 Other contracts with MTN in my family- Guese what MTN, we are not going to renew!
