My husband loaded data today on his cellphone but because of the pricing he incorrectly loaded the incorrect data bundles. he now has 150mb of Internet services fair use allowance. We called the call centre this evening only to be told sorry for you, there is nothing we can do. I asked the lady that I was talking to trf the mb to data so that he can at least use them. it was talking to a brick wall. She told me that that i should learn to use the 173 number for enquiries. I found this to be quite rude and as a customer she did not want to understand my frustration. My husband and I are finding ourselves considering to move to another network that is at least friendlier to the blackberyy users. We are stuck with mb that he will never use as my husband will never MXIT or CHAT with anybody. If somebody at MTN can help us we will be grateful. I am sure it can be done.
