I'm very very upset with the customer service I received for the past 24hrs from Mtn. All I wanted to do was activate my new contract sim card after. I feel ashamed for bringing business to these people really. I activated ny sim via the IVR then after 24 hrs I tried to contact Mtn to find out why my sim is not activated. All I got were EXTREMELY rude agents who couldn't help me. All 5 of the agents I spoke to hung up on me, I mean all 5 of them. I can't believe even when I write this complaint is still not activated! I have never come across such really really bad service in my life. I'm actually thinking of taking back the phone and take my business some where else. I have even asked my colleague to call on my behalf and she still got the same rude agents and still hung up on her. MTN thanks for such bad service, I didn't want much all I want is my new contract phone to be activated that's all. If u guys can't help me to activate this card you can come and take your phone and I will take my business elsewhere! Thanx for nothing
