As of Now am really a frustrated customer.took my laptop in on the 26th of May and only received it back after 2weeks. It worked for a weeke and back to the same problem. I am frustrated in the sense that have I been told that if it gets faulty after purchase will do the run around, I would have decided otherwise. From where I stay to partserve its a distance and when I handed it, it took lenovo about a week to update the warranty status and all this while I was calling using my own money. I have a good relationship with MTN but the suppliers are messing up your valued customers. Now I have to go through the same process again calling lenovo and partserve. I pay on time my subscriptions and never defaulted and for my loyalty to MTN am suffering for a product I bought knowing a good service they always have given me. Am a angry and if someone out there can please help me in my predicament and assist me.will be very grateful.am sitting with a laptop that aint working and had decided to let it go and say I got the wrong end of the deal but have decided to speak out. Frustrated and Angry. PLEASE HELP ME!!! I
