I have been trying to speak to Patricia Ndou in Cooperate accounts with no success on 011 650 5008. once more i tried to speak to her manager through Customer service on 086 123 24 24/ 011 650 5111 for more than 8 time and with no respond. i then requested them to put me through to the COE office, they said he is not in the office and they referred me to william in co operate account. the phone is just ringing for more that 13 minutes. can please assist me in putting my complain to the company's COE. my phone has been suspended without been noticed. there was no comunication what so ever to inform me about the problem if there is one. my account is paid by the Department of Water Affairs and i have the latest statement that showed that i haven't exceeded my limit. i have put the limit on my phone and it get charge every bigining of the month and today is the sixth day of the month.
