For the last 3 to 4 months Autopage's accounts department de-activate my usage of my phone because I exceeded my R4, 39 usage limit while I actually have R5000 limit. Always on a Sunday - very convenient for them as no one is available to sort this out. Today it happened again. I am tired of asking nicely or talking harshly to a poor person trying to do their job according to what the system says.

I have written numerous emails, left messages and asked for a senior person to contact me to sort out this issue. No luck. My Last communication with them was on 11 June 2013 at 11h15 - I spoke to Trishia in Accounts... have not heard from them yet.

I would like someone in the accounts or credit department to resolve this issue once and for all and if it means I need to increase my limit evern more then let me know - a solution would be nice.

It is unfortunate that a company like Autopage treat their customers like this - I know for a fact that I will cancel my account when it is due for expiry - unfortunately for me I need to wait another year & a half :(
