For any customer related queries - please escalate to CEO Escalations desk - [Email Removed]
Where it pertains to a high value customer and if the query cannot be resolved by the desk then the matter may be referred to my area. These queries are best addressed this way as we don't have access to customer info which has a bearing on what can be done to resolve their issues.
Siwe has referred the matter to CEO Escalations desk to be resolved. FYI - this is not a high value customer and chances are that she will not be provided with a loan phone. If she does contact you, please advise that the matter is being handled at the Escalations desk (Naim in copy can advise further). Hope this helps? Thanks
