Worst service ever!!!

I called cellc to port my mtn number to them now that they got better charges, all went well until up to the time i was supposed to be "switched" to cellc, they sent me SMSs on the 18th of july confirming that the port was successful and they even confirmed my number and guess what??? I WAS ISSUED A NEW NUMBER!!! i have made fruitless efforts to contact their call centre so that this could be rectified but i never get connected. i have had my number for a long time and would like to keep it but am now stuck. they air commercials daily on moving to them and keeping your number but give pathetic service in return. its been a month now without contact and its all because of people breaking their OWN promises!!! i need this to be rectified as i need my old number not the one they gave me.
