MTN Uncaped to slow to use

My MTN Uncapped data is so slow I cant even open a search page. I still have 6 months left on my contract but want to cancel because it is unusable. Now they tell me I have to pay a huge cancelation fee for the contract. And that for a service I'm paying for but not receiving!
