Neotel
Empty Promises since 2009 on Data Monito

Neotel has promised a data montior since 2009. They have responded to numerous complaints on [URL Removed] but have not done anything since. There call centre put you on hold for 40min at a time and when you finally get through, the call drops. I thought telkom was bad... but Neotel takes the cake. I cannot wait till Telkom installs hard lines in my complex so that I can cancel Neotel's service.
