THE WORST service I have EVER experienced

Firstly my phone was an obf, then they lost my phone during transport so I was without my blackberry for a month and still billed for it. Two months later th replacement phone dies and needs to be replaced. I pay my account via cash, there is an entity alert on my account not to lock my line before the 7th and on the 5th, after 24 hrs of payment as I pd on the 4th, they softlock me again as they do every month after they receive payment. On top of all that I no longer have the full BIS that I signed for as Mtn has replaced it with 200mb per month instead of unlimited bis. Not only did nashua not inform me of this change, the consultants give conflicting info regarding this. This is a breach of my contract as the only reason I took it was because i was guaranteed to get my full bis for 24 months as signed for. The cherry on top though is that all the client services people say they can't help me with my complaint and I should just call the head office in joburg who ironically transferred ma back to client services. Pathetic, I actually consider my entire horrible experience to be a breach as contract. They do after all call themselves service providers.
