Good day Nashua Mobile; i just want to place to attention at new Subscriber on you services i'm real disappointed about the way you do business. i take an iPhone5 on February last day of the month on CellC network as it was the cheaper package available at R399.00 . a person who assisted me with these contract was to friendly an honest with me that i can be charged extra if i use more that minutes allocated to me. then he told be about soft-lock that can Automatically Lock my phone if i exceed R20 but he also inform me that it can overlap to R23.00 but won't exceed R40.00. on the month end of March i was debited R426.00 not sure exactly amount it was fine as i thought maybe i overlap on March. then this months my account been debited R736.28 when i call your customer-care today they told me i'm paying for what i use at March so i'm suprise on how possible is that as i have a soft lock of R20.00??? and my previos payment for R426.00 it was for which months? if this how your service is i'm afraid i can't continue like this . help me wit the process of contract cancellation as this is beyond our agreement. is not my fault that your Softlock is infective why is there for then? solution
