Telkom keeps sending me threats

Good day

When I opened the account, they asked my account details, I provided them, ticked the debit my account box, however for the 2nd month now I get threatening smses from telkom that I should pay my account else they will cut off my ADSL in 48 hours. I kindly ask that your company rephrains from threatening me as I am paying for your services and not getting them as a favour. I will not appreciate my credit record being tarnished by your companys incompetence. Also your call center staff is very daft, kindly take them for a course of some sort.
