Victim made out to be the criminal

I have received a call from a rude man telling me that I owe MTN money form a contract that I opened. The fact is that I have no contract with MTN. It is clearly a case of. The man of the phone was sarcastic and implied that I was lying. Totally unprofessional. After about 2 hours calling several different numbers I have got no where. I am now told that i must go to a police station to get an affadavit. Why must I now run around to prove I am innocent. You should take a look at FNB, they are always helping make thier clients lives easier. I have tried to find out from MTN where this contract was opened and no one will give me information. Clearly this whole procedure should be reviewed. I am totally unhappy at how I was handled by this company appointed by MTN. I blame MTN for dealing with such a rude, tacky and unprofesional company.
