We cancelled a Data account: C8001885-1 on 15 March 2012, on which we received confirmation EC-Z9YN-2LJZ4
After which we have continuously received invoices each month showing that the account has been paid, but the business and bank accounts have been closed for a more then 2years
Ref: EC-Z9YN-2LJZ4 and S3-LEZ68-80DT
After numerous calls and hang-ups and asking to be refereed to Senior Management - nobody has been able to help us resolve this continuous problem. I'm despondent and I'm so sick of Vodacom, that I'm going to take away all my business from them.

CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL US WHAT IS GOING ON!!! 1
