I received a huge Data bill which I disputed. I was told by Cassandra from Data that I must ensure I install a data monitor. I monitor the post paid data sim continuously and when I received the sms advising me that the data is finished I stopped using the sim and went to over to the prepaid sim. She advised me that my e mail has consumed the data. I forwarded my e mails for the day to her to proof that the e mails for the day were minimal.

I can't believe the unhelpful attitude. How can 5 minutes of e mail consume R427 data @ R8.58 per 20 seconds. Vodacom this is unfair business practise!!! I have been advised to install a data monitor. I have been monitoring my data manually by doing account enquiries.
