Good day
Last month at the beginning of May I called in the Cell C call centre to enquire about the debit order that went through my account, which was over charged. Only to find it was BIS which was activated to my account. I requested for it to be reversed, the lady confirmed that will be reversed, I even told her that the phone was. To my dismay the charged was not reversed am still charged for a service which am not using, last month charge was not resolved. PLEASE can I get the charges reversed and the money refunded back. Am really getting disappointed by the service am getting from the service provider.
