Charges not reversed

Dear Sir / Madam,

My brother does not have Internet access and is having problems getting legal charges reversed on his Game account. He pays his account religously every month and was charged for a legal letter. When he provided proof of his timeous May payment they neither apologised, reversed the legal charges or removed the delinquency status from his account.
