Transferred from one agent to anothe

I ordered my S4 through the vitality mobile option on the 30th May and received it on the 4th June. I was told that the microsim will be activated in less than 24 hour and I am still waiting. I have been trying to get clearity on this matter from the call centre agents and they havent been of much help. Please advice me as to how long it takes to activate the sim.
