4 months later still no help with repairs

During the month of March 2013 I had take to hellopeter to report a complaint against MTN!
I had not been receiving any assistance with a phone booked in for repairs and after countless visits to the store and weeks of waiting-the broken phone was returned to me.

I am really dissatisfied with the service I am receiving from MTN Ballito-Lifestyle Centre as a staff member had wrongfully booked my phone in after the end of warranty (they had the phone - a week beforehand) and failed to book it in immediately.to date they have failed to assist me with my query.

Conflicting end of warranty dates and I had this clarified from a person via hello peter. this was in march and since then I have contacted the store almost every month and have received no joy.

The store Manager as well as associates are incapable of doing their job as they keep pushing the buck onto the next person. I have made it clear to them that it is vital that this gets sorted out or I will take it further and to date nothing has been done.

It is unacceptable that a person cannot take a minute or two out of their day in order to assist me.

I Do plan on taking this further as this has gone on for way too long.
