Account paid up to date but cut my service

Please can somebody sort out my accounts problem, My account has been paid 100% up to date but Cell C keep telling me they dont have payment. Cell C Rustenburg and myself have send the proof of payment through, but still they dont see the payment. Please can we resolve this matte
