False Infomation

I applied for a samsung galaxy S4 and i was informed that i qualified for the phone and that delivery will be made within & days and that if i want to follow up on the progress of the delivery i should call in. After giving all my personal info and when the debit order should go threw so which meant i had to just wait for the phone. When i called them to find out how far my delivery is i was told that i am only getting the sim card and i mean no agent called to inform me that so if i never called no one from cell c would have told me. I find this really not professional so know i gave my personal info to be debited for a sim card where as i was told that i qualified for the samsung galaxy S4.
