So i got a cell phone on contract and i was told that i need to pay a connection fee which i understood very well. What they missed to inform be about was the fact that i need to pay EVERYMONTH a fee in order for my cellphone to show a number that is calling me, there is no magic in that, an ordinary cellphone does that very well without a fee being paid. And i signed for a top up R200 which was all suppose to amount to R425 but now im being debited R448 including "hidden fees" of which i dont understand and dont know what they are. The sad thing is that the consultant i spoke to did not care whether i cancell my contract or not. even offered to transfere me to the department which deals with cancelling contracts. This is a huge disappointment
