On wednesday 5 june I called mtn 808 call centre to enquire about my bill. I spoke to a woman by the name of ncebakazi mbambi who was so rude, being a client and not understanding how their billing system works, she responded so arrogantly and in a demeaning manner when I asked for clarity. I then put down the fone because it would have ended in us exchanging harsh words. The mannerism of that woman is disgusting and that is not a way of speaking to customers and dismissing them that way. I hope this will be taken up with management and her attitude corrected since she speaks to a customer as if she is speaking to an and speaking down on them.
