Poor customer service and bad attitude

I did a loan application at African Bank on Saturday at Carlton centre which everything went well until my application was sent to head office for employment confirmation. i have receive a call from Dimakatso Familial who did not want to introduce herself to me even after i asked who am i speaking to so that we can continue with the call. She told me she is the one who phoned and put it in a way that so i do not have the right to ask who or to know who am i speaking to before i can confirm its me. She went on not telling me who is she from where until she said to me am i speaking to Maria or not. i do have the right to ask who caller is before i can take the call or decline. so she dropped the phone and declined my application and write report that i did not want to speak to her. i found her very rude and very unprofessional because for the job that she is doing she must first introduce herself to the client before she can even think of being rude.
she again wrote a report that my work telephone number was unanswered - it was unanswered because she phoned on Saturday and we are not working weekend's)

I am not happy the way she behaved with me
