I reported the problem with the wrong phone delivered, the report i did in hellopeter was on the 3rd of december, its the 10th of december now and still no one responded to help my mother in this matter, this is more than bad service now, even one of the people who handled the matter through hellopeter for cell c isn't responding to emails that i have send to find out about the complaint, is there anyone one willing to please resolve this matter.
