I want to cancel my Contract

Case no 6583531. No customer service. Can't cancel contract. What must I do. We have bad reception in our area can't use Cell phone. Contact 8-Ta they never come back to me. Paying for something I can't use. Now after 2 years at the end of the contract it seems impossible to cancel it. Cell Phone number 0814540198 on contract
