There is no point if a company reports on Hellopeter that they have escalated the matter, when they actually do nothing of the sort. If you escalate zero by 100%, you still have zero. Telkom is one of those companies.
I was without my Call Waiting service for four and a half months until February 2013. I battled to get it restored over that period, and it was removed from my line again in May 2013. I have had a number of ARS references, with the latest being ARS 227985
I am paying for a service that I don't have, and have spent hours dealing with people who either say that they can't restore the service, or the other half who say that it has been restored, when it hasn't. How difficult can it be to add a service that is part of a bundle? Why does nobody know how to do this?
