Getting billed for something i did not applied fo

I did a balance enquiry and saw that i am being billed. I queried this with cell c and the lady in the call centre advised that it is via media, and i need to call them, i tried to call the, without any success. I have not subscribed to anything, this phone has been on for approx 4 days. I want this via media to be cancelled asap.
