Hi. i have bought airtime from edgars on their OTA facility on my cell phone. i purchased R200 Cell C and was billed, but never received my airtime. only after complaining i have received a call from OTA, and a lady provided me with 4x R50 voucher serials numbers. i asked her why i get serial numbers instead of pin number.she told me to call Cell C and they will give me pins. i foned cell c and they told me that their system cannot convert serials to pin.they could only check if the serials are vallid.2 of the serials did not exist at all. then i complained and got a call from thobogo from edgars OTA division.he tried helping me, but when i could not provide him with the dates i purchased the airtime, he got very annoid with me.he said if i cant giive him dates then he cant help me and he will not go through my billing information to track them down. the fault is not on my side. im being billed for something i did not receive. lastnight 29/01/2014 the same thing happened. i bought R50 on OTA, i was billed again and got NOTHING. I need this resolved or i am taking this to my close friends at the MEDIA.
