Upgrade Not Possible Due to Billing Erro

Last year in February 2012 another MTN Client accidentally paid in an amount of R1700 into my MTN account. This then got reversed only this year in February 2013 after which MTN then Proceeded to Debit my account of the Full R1700 without any arrangements with me. Seeing as My Bank account gets debited automatically I did not realise I was not billed for this period. After struggling for 2 weeks to sort this out I came to a solution with the accounts department that a payment plan be setup to pay them the money owed to them. R600 over 4 months. Now that it is time for me to upgrade I am unable to do so due to this payment plan and no one at MTN can help as there is "no Way" to do this with a payment plan loaded on the account. I would just like to state once again. No notifications were sent that I was not being billed, No notifications were sent that the so called arrears amount would be deducted once, No one contacted me back to sort this out and finally now no one can help me sort out the problem of upgrading due to their own errors.
