What a bunch of CONS!!! It is now the second time with my history with my Edgars account that membership is imposed on my account that I did not apply or agree to! I have written a complain on Insurance Plan of the amount of R56 that is on my account to be reversed so that I can pay the outstanding amount on my account, on 06 June 2013, Reference 960816/20130624/S.G.N. I then got an e-mail from Flatta Mokhine requesting my ID or account number on 4 July 2013 which I responded to with my details and to date have not yet got any response! my account is bearing interest on the insurance plan and on the arrears amount while I am waiting for these people to get to me with corrected statements so that I can bring my account up to date! This kind of service is unacceptable! When you want me to pay you even call me at the odd hours of the day, but when you need to fix my account you take FOREVER! Fix my account, and I will pay what I should rightfully pay that I owe you! Not these eliviated costs you imposed of Insurance Plan and interest on Insurance arrears! Whoever is responsible for putting this insurance plan on my account for their own commision perusal SHOULD BE FIRED!!!
