Cell c cuts you off but does not sort out enquiry

Sine February 2013 I have been fighting with cell c to reverse a credit on my account as I have been wrongly billed due to their incompetence of not refunding me my previous refund in time when I upgraded my account in March to a 400 top up plan supposed to be billed R620 per month! This plan only come into effect March, I have been charged for apple usage on this account that I was told I automatically loose if I upgrade, no refund on my account so far for it yet, I have emailed phoned in requesting a supervisor and all I get is first pay the account up to date then we will sort the problem out, no ways because once cell c has their money no one phones you back to reverse the credits!!
0840001577 this is the number today that cut suspended my account even tough I had a credit on my top up plan they have made it impossible for me to run my business and no one takes responsibility for cell c incompetence, they have you by the!!!
