Ridiculously Bad Service from Theives

I have been with Altech for 2 Years, and i haven't had one happy month with them, thus i had told them several times, i am cancelling my contract.
When the time eventually came i went to my My. Account page i said i want to cancel my contract on there, what the steps would be? I got no reply on My. Account.
I then also got a phone call asking if i want to upgrade, i said no, i want to cancel my contract because of bad service delivery, where after the lady told me, ok, i will do this for, and hung up.
I assumed it was done.
After 2 months, i get a call saying my account is overdue by 2 months, by a very rude Gail Cronje.
This again just confirming my claims a extremely bad service by these.
I do not recommend anyone gets a contract with the, they overcharge and then give you bad service!
