Applied for new contract on the 30th May 2013 when I phoned today 3rd June I was told that my husband must write a letter for Rica so that it can be transferred to my new contract. mMy numbe is currently a pay as you go. Why was I not told when I arranged for the contract.
Please could someone urgently came back to me.
