Taking away my data

Just continious. After launching a complaint with hallopeter a lady phoned me, appologizing and out of courtesy she gave me 1 gig data and 50 sms. Now at the beginning of the month vodacom took their courtesy AS WELL AS ALL MY DATA BACK
This is highly disappointing and pathetic. I expect my data back... im at a point that im regretting the fact to upgrade with vodacom. If im not getting my data back i shall take the mattet further and post it on fb so that people made aware of how vodacom opperate.
