I don't know how to start, last year I took a coNtract fone with heita @ maponya mall. Which I was told I wou pay R150 a month and it will be debited on the 29 of each month. And unfortunat every month I had to remind them to debit my account and they closed my contract fone without notifying me! And again I foned they told to pay a certain amount for them to open my fone I waite and they didn't. KNOW they are busy debiting my accou taking money which I don't owe them I'm tired of doing reversal on my personal account which looks very bad for my status! I spoke to someone by the name of Belinda and she says I must wait for 7 days for them to credit me! and Nwabisa @ maponya mall doesn't even care! They are so bad I just want my money back.
