DEDUCTED MONEY AFTER PROMISING THEY WOULDNT!

I am furious. 8ta told me they had cancelled my contract and would not be billing me. I had set up a stop payment with the bank but cancelled it since it cost money. Don't know why on earth I thought 8ta could get something right.

I need NEED my money refunded immediately!!!

This is absolute bull! What is wrong with this pathetic company!!
