Call centre agent unable to fix problems

I recently upgraded my phone on the 2nd of May 2013 to be exact and with it came a subscription from a company called integrate which does content. I got an unusually high bill I left it since i thought it was a combination of the previous call charges with the upgrade, until I noticed that I was still getting call charges even when I have free minute's and data I called mtn to stop this service when it was still R10 they sent an email it did not work I called again at R40 they said they will send another email so of course this is no longer a solution coz iv already told t agent its not working. Can Mtn find a way to stop this its not alright tt they get to invoice me but cant stop these unlawful charges on my account and advise their agents to say to clients its not their problem tell the client to deal with it.
