Third complaint no reply, time for legal action

I am been having severe network issues with regards to the internet connection in my area. I have two contracts and both cellphones require the use of the internet. The network just gets worse day by day and I require a good connectivity due to my work. I have already lodge two complaints on hello peter (refer to my previous complaints) and I was promised a call from tshepo to resolve the issue but its more than a month and i have gotten no call but just more pathetic connectivity. As a result of this I have already spoken to my attorney and in terms of the CPA and the violation of cell c to provide an adequate service will be the basis for the cancelation of my contract without a cancelation fee. I URGE SOCIETY TO REFRAIN FROM USING CELL C AS IT FAILS TO DELIVER! Its quite evident from the numer of complaints on the site. I suggest if cell c wants to maintain my two contracts they contact TODAY and have this issue resolved immediately, else I already am in the motion of proceeding.
