In June 2012 I had applied for a contract from Mtn and was approved within a few days. I had recieved a Blackberry 9360 Curve and within a month it was giving me problems. I handed it in and waited for another 3 weeks to recieve a replacement phone that was a refurbished phone. In November 2012 I had taken the phone in again for the same problems that the previous phone had. It is been over 2 months that I had given the phone in and in that time have been replaced twice with broken phones which I had not even used for 1 day. I had requested that I be given a brand new phone with the original seals on it, but I am not getting any help from the staff at Mtn Dundee branch, the Mtn Newcastle branch and Mtn Headoffice. In the past 6 to 8 months I have had a phone for 3 to 5 months. Even though i have been making payments on the contract while the phone was with Mtn, I am recieving no help from them.
