Super Slow Speeds

I have used Cell C 3 G for about 3 years now, and it has been pretty quick and by and large I have been happy. I bought a once off 100G data package for about R2000 a few weeks ago and since then the speeds have been terrible. It is now so slow it is almost unusable. It took me almost 10 minutes to open up this Hello Peter page!!!
What is going on here?
