Hi

My bill came out to R1200 this month, which is ridiculous if you ask me. I demand an itemised billing statement for the period so that I may understand why I'm being ripped-off.

Ps: This is not the first time. last month my bill came out to 680, how can this month be double if I have a limit of R70 on my contract???

Furthermore, why do you put a hold on my money, but the monthly statement is not even ready??? Disgusting, I've really had enough. Please get someone (not client services, but complaints resolution) to contact me. Please have my statement ready at this time and please be prepared to answer all my questions to avoid me from
