AS I THOUGHT, NO REAL RESPONSE FROM CELL C

1. A couple of months back I took up an offer with FNB to get a Cell C line for R100, 00pm, following that I decided let me give Cell C a call to see if I can qualify for a cellphone as well.

2. I did qualify for a Samsung Galaxy S3 so took up the offer and made it very clear to the consultant that the contract through FNB be cancelled, which was not done so I am now left with two contracts as financial loss to me because I am not allowed to simply get out of it.

3. After numerous attempts to try and get the contract through FNB cancelled, I am stuck with two contracts and not a SINGLE PERSON FROM CELL C HAS MADE AN EFFORT TO FOLLOW-UP AFTER PHONE CALLS, EMAILS, ETC.

4. TO TOP IT OFF, NOT ONLY AM I STUCK WITH TWO CONTRACTS WITH CELL C, BUT THEIR NETWORK IS . I HARDLY GET ANY DECENT CONNECTION WHERE I LIVE AND TO BE BRUTALLY HONEST, TRYING TO CONTACT THEM WILL BE A WASTE OF TIME JUST LIKE ALL THE OTHER CALLS I HAVE MADE.

CELL C WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEMS BEFORE I TAKE THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT AND USE IT AS I SHOULD HAVE MONTHS AGO???
