My husband and I bought a laptop from MTN and we have had the laptop for a month, it is giving a message " NO BOOT DEVICE, INSERT DISK AND PRESS ANY KEY'" I took it back to Menlyn and they referred me to a repair center, 083 123 6070 the number is not being answered. They told me to wait at home the repairs people will come collect and i have been waiting for three weeks now. I took the laptop back but still they refuse to take it in to the repair center themselves as per contract agreement.

They told us to take it to ACER of which ACER will charge us and at the end of the month they deduct money. They took their money for November but the laptop has not been working and they don't care as long as they get their money. If we abscond payments, they will follow us up but they refuse to take their defective item. We spoke to other MTN stores around Pretoria. they said it is Menlyn branch's duty to make sure that the laptop is repaired. Why is it different from other stores? or like they said " Passport customers are a problem" why then do they allow us (Passport holders) to have the contracts if they don't want to help when we need help?
