I aplied for a voice and wi-fi contract with mtn about 3.5 weeks back. This was an existing mtn # I explained to the consultant. He concluded the deal and told me that once I received a sms from mtn, I should call back to have the # linked. I did that only about 5 times & was told it couldnt be done & emailing him to call me back but of course he never did. I was told by! consultant that he to me. Eventually after many failed attempts to get to any mngmnt I got a head office manager who simply referred this to a call centre but eventually got this resolved. I was told the ph would be delivered in about 2 days & when I followed up several times eventually received the ph days later. When I followed up about the wi-fi application I found out this wasn't done & after fighting with call centres got this resolved and also had problems with the eventual delivery. My latest problem I've been trying to resolve is my sim is not activated. I've spoken to several consultans and supervisors who all make empty promises and no results nor do anyone at mtn have comon decency to apologise or get back to me. I travel often & have not been able to contact my kids 2 & 6yrs old all week tx mtn
