LAST YEAR MAY, nearly a year later, they have still not resolved an issue regarding the billing of our tablet contract. The contract was ready for upgrading, so we decided to get the new Tablet available, once we informed them that MTN had a better deal, they said they would involve head office and request to match the deal, which they accepted, at R369 per month, all inclusive, which was written clearly on the paperwork. Since last year, we have been billed R489. My Fiance and I have repeatedly contacted the customer care lines, they changed the billing, well so they tell you, been in to the Centurion Mall Branch, can't remember how many times, each time they claim the person who deals with this is not in today, have now sent numerous emails to the Nashua Mobile offices AND the branch email and as you would guess... NOTHING has been done, yet they have collected their money, and more! We have now spent a ridiculous amount of money trying to fix THEIR problem but they are refusing to help us, they have not responded to emails at all, NOT ONE WORD!! We have even taken the copy of the contract (which they should have to start with), into their branch to prove our issue, but NOTHING!
