Nobody whats to take the blam for Damaged Goods

The phone have been in tree time's sins I have the phone for this year and when I receive this phone back from repairs after a month the third month I receive the phone with cracks on each side I phoned Nashua and complain they told me thy will sort it out but it have been a week now and nobody what's to take the blame why am i having so much problems with this phone is there nobody that can help me with this. The phone is making me sick every time there is a problem with this stupid phone.
