After I wrote my complaint on Hellopeter, I was promptly contacted by Sandros Mhlongo and I must admit that my complaint was resolved in good time. I had a billing enquiery and my account was credited. However, I have been trying to get it in writing for 6 days. Eventually I got through to a competent employee, Selwyn Swartz and got what I wanted. I then paid the account and wanted to be recconected. As expected the department who has to reconnect my lines, does not know anything. This is now 8 days after my complaint was resolved. I phone 2 times a day and get the same incompetent answer. " I wiill create a case for you and I promise that somebody will call you back." Needless to say that I have not been called back, my lines have not been reconnected and nobody knows anything about my credit.
The incompetency never stops. One of my lines was also changed from a contract to a prepaid without me asking for it or giving conscent to it. This happend on the 3rd of January. I am also still trying to resolve this. Again, needless to say, no result.
Please, anybody who are thinking of using Cell C as a cellular provider, think twice. You can do better.
