Today at 5pm, my internet was cut off and when looking into it - a message box appeared saying "Your account is cancelled - error 602". Upon phoning the customer support number, after being on hold and cut off numerous times for over an hour, I eventually got through to one of the agents. They then told me the reason for my account being cancelled was due to abuse of the line and that they had sent me 3 warning emails which I was totally unaware of as they had used the incorrect email address. They did not bother to follow up if I had received the emails by giving me a courtesy call of any sort, instead they just cancelled my account with no warning. I am absolutely appalled by this treatment, as I have been a good paying customer of thears for about 2 years and the fact is my account is uncapped and the sales man that sold me the contract did not say any thing to warn me wen I took out the contract, knowing fully why I wanted this pacage. I have received bad speeds before through mweb and this is the final straw.

This is very shocking service I have received from Mweb. I will be taking my business somewhere else - to another company who can give me better service.
